Invitation
The 52nd US Rock Mechanics/Geomechanics Symposium will be held in Seattle, Washington, USA on 17-20 June 2018 at the Seattle Westin Hotel. The symposium program encompasses all aspects of rock mechanics, rock engineering, and geomechanics. The emphasis will be on similarities of interests among practitioners in all fields. We invite scientific and engineering papers in:
Petroleum engineering,
Civil engineering,
Geology and geophysics,
Mining engineering,
Underground construction, and
Use of rock as artistic and building material.
In addition, this year ARMA is pleased to sponsor the Second International Discrete Fracture Network Engineering Conference will be held on 20-22 June 2018 at the same venue. One day–20 June–will overlap for papers relevant to both the symposium and DFNE conference.
